Before your visit

How to prepare for your visit

Answers to the questions patients ask most often.

How do I book a visit?

Visits are booked by phone through the reception of the selected clinic. You will find the phone numbers in the “Where do I see patients?” section. The website does not offer online booking.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed for a private consultation.

What should I bring?

An identity document and the results of previous imaging tests (X-ray, ultrasound, MRI, CT) — ideally the reports together with a disc or access to the images.
It is also helpful to bring records of previous treatment (discharge summaries, hospital records) and a list of medications you take.

How should I prepare for the consultation?

It helps to note when the symptoms started, what makes them worse or better, and what treatment has already been tried. Wear comfortable clothing that lets you easily uncover the painful area, such as the knee or shoulder.

In which languages are consultations available?

Consultations can be held in Polish, Ukrainian or English.

How much does a visit cost?

The current consultation price is available from the reception of the selected clinic.

What should I do in an emergency?

In case of a serious injury, severe pain, visible limb deformity, loss of sensation or inability to move the limb, go to a hospital emergency department (SOR) or call the emergency number 112.
